Introduction

Welcome to Groupn, a group messaging and service application owned and operated by XEL LAB, a Wyoming registered (the “Company”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data when you use Groupn (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using Groupn, you agree to the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Groupn is available on mobile devices and enables users to create public, private, specialty, and secret groups (“Group” or “Groups”) to engage in group-specific activities and in-group chats. This policy describes:

• The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you purchase, download, create an account on, access, or use the GROUPN application (the "App").
• Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

What does this Privacy Policy cover?

This policy applies only to information we collect in this App, in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with this App.

This policy DOES NOT apply to information that:

• We collect offline or on any other Company apps or websites, including websites you may access through this App.
• You provide to, or is collected by any third party, including other apps, websites, or content that may link to or be accessible from or through this App (see Third-Party Information Collection).

Our websites and apps, and these other third parties have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.

What are Groups?

Groups are one-way broadcasting features within Groupn that allows you to create a Group (making you a Group “Admin”) where you may share updates for others to view (“Group Updates”). You can also view and react to Group Updates, and join other public Groups, become admitted to private, secret, or specialty Groups as a member (“Member”) of a Group. Non-members of Groups cannot view or react to Group Updates.

Only certain Groups are public, meaning that these Groups allow users to discover, join, and view your public Group. Given the public nature and unlimited audience size of public Groups, Group Updates will be visible to any user and by Groupn. This also means that Group Updates are among the information Groupn collects and uses to promote safety, security and integrity on Groups, as further described in this Privacy Policy.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, create an account, or use this App. By downloading, creating an account, or using this App, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of this App after we revise this policy means you accept those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

Children Under the Age of 13

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information from children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this App or through any of its features, create an account on the App, make any purchases through the App (or Website, where applicable), use any of the interactive or public comment features of this App, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

We collect information from and about users of our App:

• Directly from you when you provide it to us.
• Automatically when you use the App.

Information You Provide to Us

When you download, create an account, or use this App, we may ask you to provide information:

• By which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, business identification number, or any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline ("personal information").
• That is about you but individually it does not identify you, such as mobile device information, App usage data, location data, demographic data, usage patterns, interaction data, opinions and attitudes, behavioral data, or technical data.
• That would allow you to establish, join, or be included in groups, and access detailed group lists or contact information as the group administrator. These established entities or contacts may become associated with your account. You are responsible for naming your established groups, unless it is a specialty group controlled by the Company. You also have the option to provide a profile picture or a descriptive summary for each group you create. We gather data on the creation, and update timestamps for these entities.
• When you make an in-app purchase, you may be required to provide your payment information to a third-party payment processor that handles transactions on our behalf. This may include your credit card or debit card information.
• When you reach out to our customer support groups or engage in other forms of communication with us (such as optional surveys), you may share information relevant to your use of our Services. This can include copies of your messages, any supporting information you believe will aid our understanding and resolution of your inquiry, and your preferred contact information (e.g., email address). For instance, you might send us an email detailing app performance issues or other concerns.

We also gather data on your usage of our customer support resources, any feedback you provide on the customer support experience, and your responses to surveys or inquiries on a variety of subjects. These subjects may encompass your opinions on aspects you appreciate or dislike about our services, the Groupn application, or sub-applications.

This information includes:

• Information that you provide by filling in forms in the App. This includes information provided at the time of creating an account on the App, or subscribing to our service, and posting material, and requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with the App.
• Records and copies of your correspondence including email addresses and phone numbers, if you contact us.
• Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
• Details of transactions you carry out through the App and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through the App.
• Your search queries on the App.
• Precise Location Information that you may share on your device when you choose to use location-related features.
• Unencrypted information that may allow us to view it. This includes your group profile picture, your group "slogan" section, and the names and descriptions of your groups.

You may also provide information for publication or display ("Posted") on public areas of the app or websites you access through the App (collectively, "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are Posted and transmitted to others at your own risk, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of third parties with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
